Student Development Program
Student Development Program is an endeavor to prepare the students for their careers by facilitating their path with our module consisting of three levels which encompasses the time tested/ time needed ingredients. The views of the experts of the field have appreciated the completeness of the contents as a body.
NextGen
In the NextGen unit of the SDP the emphasis is on attitude, body language, effective communication, impactful CV, GD & interviews i.e. what is required of an individual who is at the threshold of his career path.
Professional
The second level of Student Development Program- Professional; mainly deals with efficient time management, professional etiquette, corporate ideology, stress management and motivation to excel. Hence the stress is on professional approach and the attitude one should have.
Executive
The third and the last leg of the module- Executive; is basically for those who have effectively learnt and practically understood the contents of the first two levels. Given above, this level prepares the student to be effective and efficient executives though new entrants.
