TAALEEM LAUNCHES AMONG BIG FAN FARE AT HT EDUCATION FAIR The gamut of events and workshop is what keeps the novelty of ‘Taaleem India’ alive. Hindustan Times organized a two days Education fair at Himachal Bhawan on 28th and 29th may, 2009 to guide and help students to choose from a host of career and education opportunities. So ‘Taaleem India’ as one of their co-sponsor joined them with high spirits and a promise to serve everyone with it’s main offerings as well as some specific add-on courses designed for the Fair visitors which can bring a change in their outlook. Education fair witnessed more than 700 queries and among them we channelized almost 300 students. Educational institutes like RYAT, MMEC, Mulana, etc showed their interest in our courses, so that the chances of employment would rise and they would render their students with better placements. People frequently visited Taaleem stall with major attraction being career counseling provided by our renowned Education consultant. Our Industry experts and counselors showcased and provided details about our certified courses which include Software Testing, Call Center Training, HR Recruitment Training and the Finishing School (Soft Skills + Spoken English+ Industry Best Practice Sharing) along with workshops launched specifically for the young students. What made us different from others? It was our way of counseling that was based on the test, i.e. ‘Student Capability Index’ designed by Taaleem’s seasoned education consultant and X-University lecturer Gurpreet Sekhon, that was attempted by most of the students based on Verbal Reasoning, Personality, Aptitude, Numerical Reasoning, Acuity, Communication Skills, Spatial Ability, Perceptional Reasoning and Multiple Intelligences. This way we dealt with their capacity, their mind and interests and counsel them by assessing and finally concluding that where they actually stand and which field goes best for them, moreover whatever courses we provide doesn’t replace any other stream like engineering or management etc, but we cater with add-on courses that improves overall grooming for the individual and chances of his employment in the industry he is aspiring for or choosing the right career path. We even introduced the seven days workshop including Communication, Attitude, Time Management, Presentation, Etiquettes, Negotiation, Leadership and Team Building Skills. As it is a time for multi-tasking, so one has to be jack of all trades but at the end master in some field is required so that to give ourselves a trade mark and identity. There were running presentations on: What does Taaleem India stands for, Trainers Delivering training, Interactive Sessions and on Practical training Sessions. Indeed we are dignified to say that this HT fair brought profound recognition to our organization and we dint only left students with the fruitful counseling, in fact parents were delighted with the guidance.
