The Mega Job Fest was conducted by Rayat & Bahra group on 20th and 21st June 2009. It was conducted to provide an exceptional and rare opportunity to the students to make a choice regarding the organization they want to work with and also what are the current trends in jobs being offered to the students. ‘AMALGAMATA’- As the name suggests it is the union of two elements, prior belongs to the students who possesses academic knowledge and other is the company which looks for suitable candidate. Overall sixty companies participated and represented different professional sectors which included firms like HCL BPO, BARCLAYS, HUGHES, BAJAJ ALLIANZ, KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE, MAX NEW YORK LIFE, MICRO LABS, DELL, CMC LIMITED, IDS INFOTECH and many more along with TAALEEM INDIA.

With the dawn of the Day 1, Taaleem interviewed around 150 students, as a result of enthusiasm shown by job seekers in the company's offerings and positions. Besides the shortlisted ones, we counseled rest of the students on what parameters they were not up to the mark. We accentuated on the ground requirements and what is require before stepping into any professional domain. People could relate to the Taaleem Programs and started showing interest in those to get them the right job in this recessionary market.

Though lot of students hail good knowledge in their belonging fields but in recession, it has become even more imperative for candidates to stand up to the mark on employer’s expectation.  As companies look for professional skills, attitude and personality as basics and here Taaleem came into the picture to bridge the gap i.e. to brush up the required acquisitions. Taaleem India went for recruiting candidates for various posts that we immediately have  and the bowing interest of students towards our courses which are highly innovative and gives an avant-garde visual identity gave us resound response.

Collating all together it was the wholesome experience of the corporate. The enthusiasm of the students and different organizations was overwhelming and highly motivating. This fest gave us a huge platform to talk to the students about their job preferences and also to give them an overview about our organization and to make some part of our society realize the qualitative fruit of new concept and ideologies, that we offer and how can it be beneficial to the students.
