Taaleem is organising series of Job Fest, for Final Placement for 2010 students, in the month of May for colleges where Taaleem is imparting Finishing School Training Program.
Students of Engineering, Management, MCA, Hotel Management, Law, Education, Arts will be put through rigorous refresher training before the Job Fest to ensure they are ready for the big opportunities and grab them.
Taaleem not only bridges the gap between the expectation of Industry and current talent pool available from the colleges, but also goes step ahead and get the right employers in the colleges where Taaleem is providing training, to enable them to hire the right employees (our students) for them.
Companies visiting these campuses are from various industries like Pharmaceutical, IT, Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, HR Consulting, Insurance, Automobiles, Legal Services, FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Electrical Goods, etc
The entire management of the Job Fest has been assigned to students of the colleges to provide them exposure to organise and manage such events, as well as showcase their talent to the hiring companies.
Taaleem also organising Summer Internship drive for MBA, MCA and Engineering Students of colleges where Finishing School Training is offered by Taaleem.
