Faculty Development Program (FDP)

The first component of Faculty Development Program module is:-

Functional Expert

The main aim of this component is to make the teacher/faculty do the things/teaching, which they are already doing as a routine, more effective and methodical with updated tools and techniques.

Lead-En-Demic Expert

The second part of Faculty Development Program shows the faculty in a different perspective and role i.e. they are not mundane classroom teachers rather they are academic leaders having larger perspectives, laying emphasis on individual as well as group leadership, evolving through interaction and introspection.

Institutional Expert

The highest level of Faculty Development Program – Institutional Expert - as the word goes to make the faculty the ultimate expert and authority in his field/ subject through Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Life Skills. This not only will give personal satisfaction to the expert but also contribute to the humanity.
