Formulating marketing and sales strategies & implement the same to increase enrollments of the course. Work with government establishments, educational institutions (Colleges, Schools), corporate for tie up for offering of consulting and training programs. |

| To promote offerings by conducting road shows, seminars, participate in education fairs and develop innovative events to build brand and add enrollments. |

| Promote training offerings at various education institutes across the assigned region by tie-ups, conducting seminars, organizing events, counseling students and thus increase the registration. |

Desired Candidate profile:
Excellent Communication skills, target and goal oriented. Able to handle sales target & pressure, Should be open to traveling more than 70% of the time, Good PR Skills, Computer Savvy. Candidate should have 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferred experience in Consulting/Education/Training Organisation. |

To conduct various Soft Skills training for Corporate / Educational Institutions / Taaleem Academy. Regularly innovate and create content to improvise the training offered. Work on measurement based training and with appropriate Pre and Post Training Evaluation. |

Desired Candidate profile:
Candidate should have more than 8 years of experience in providing Soft Skills training in leading corporate. Should have varied exposure of training and development of participants from junior level to middle and leadership level. Candidate should have developed creative training programs and should posses strong communication and presentation skills. Exposure in the use of technology in delivering education would be preferred. Candidate should be willing to travel more than 50% of the time. Should be able to mentor the training participants by using innovative ways to train. Should have strong expertise on various latest training tools and techniques. |
